Job Description:

As the Raw Material Store Incharge at Medoz Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd, you will play a key role in managing the raw material inventory and ensuring the smooth functioning of the raw material store


Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials according to established procedures and standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials using the MARG software system.
• Monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Coordinating with procurement and production teams to forecast raw material requirements and ensure timely availability.
• Implementing and enforcing proper storage and handling practices to maintain the quality and integrity of raw materials.
• Collaborating with quality control and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Training and supervising store personnel to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operating procedures.
• Resolving any issues or concerns related to raw material procurement, storage, or handling in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Proficiency in using MARG software for inventory management is essential
:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
