Purchase Officer - Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India - Nunes Instruments
Description
Research potential vendors- Manage the purchasing process including the buying and distributions aspects of the company
- Analyze existing purchasing processes for performance
- Handle contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers
- Identify ideal suppliers based on quality, cost and reliability
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components, Supplier sourcing, Price negotiation, Contract document preparation.
Strong understanding of the market conditions and trends.
Language Known :
Tamil, English, Hindi, & additional languages if any can considerable
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
