Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for branch operations activities at all the branches in the region
  • Coordination with Investors / Distributors / Operations Team in the region forexcellent investorr servicing.
  • Coordination with R & T operations for smooth processing of transactions in the region.
  • Customer Service via CRM.
  • KYC POS Operations (wherever applicable) Branch Operations Executives Development (Trainings on Operations)

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- work experience: - 3 years (required)

  • Previous experience in mutual fund operations, fund accounting, or investment operations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with mutual fund industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using financial software, databases, and MS Excel.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Salary:
₹15, ₹28,000.00 per month
