We also strive to create a network of all healthcare providers by creating passive income for them and helping them start increasing their business revenues by using our business consultants to structure their operations.


  • Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and following up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
  • Schedule the patients as per the client's schedule
  • Should be able to handle the incoming calls
  • To check the appropriateness of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear.
  • Escalate difficult collection situations to management in a timely manner.
  • Review provider claims that have not been paid by insurance companies.

  • Should be willing to work in US Shift.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Should be Flexible with Shift timings
  • Should able to do multitasking

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Coimbatore,

Tamil Nadu:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
