    Job Description

    7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager or related function. · Experience in leading teams.

    · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent is mandatory · Knowledge and experience of working within an IT delivery environment, business analysis methodologies, processes, procedures and techniques is essential.

    Certification in Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Product Management (Scrum Product Owner CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager) or equivalent is mandatory.

    ·

    Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.

    · Proven experience in eliciting and managing requirements throughout the project delivery lifecycle and generating documentation. · Effective interpersonal skills including collaborating, team building, and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders. · Strong analytical and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands. Desirable Experience / Knowledge · Experience working within large programmes and complex technology products · Airline industry experience. · Passenger Service Systems – Amadeus preferred. Also, familiarity with dependent systems (upstream and downstream). · Working experience with Airline Revenue Management, Pricing, Fare Brands, Ancilla
