Role Summary:
We are looking for Trainer who has proven experience in Sales background. As a Trainer you will be

answering process and procedure related queries, have a strong knowledge of the onboarding

process. You will lead training of new hires and support ongoing training to help Go Live team

members be successful in their roles. On a day-to day basis the role is responsible for delivering and

maintaining training content, tracking progress of learners through training, and working closely with

leaders to provide updates and suggestions for improvement.

What will you do?


Assessment and Delivery of Training:

  • Evaluate and deliver comprehensive soft and technical skills training across all training
domains.

  • Utilize BPO matrices to enhance training effectiveness.

Training Material Development:

  • Create, revise, and facilitate training materials and documents to impart essential skills and
knowledge to staff.

  • Ensure alignment of training materials with operational requirements.

Training Planning and Execution:

  • Prioritize, design, and deliver training sessions to meet operational needs within the team.
  • Develop monthly training calendars and publish completion reports.

Module Development and Enhancement:

  • Build and upgrade training modules focusing on product, process, and soft skills.

Training Management:

  • Maintain training MIS including batch trackers and refresher trackers.
  • Facilitate multiweek new hire training and nesting, as well as floortraining and BQM
training.


Supervision and Coaching:

  • Supervise and coach learners in nesting and BQM environments.
  • Oversee new hire progression and enhancement training.

Feedback and Solutions Implementation:

  • Provide feedback to trainees to improve performance metrics.
  • Implement appropriate solutions based on feedback.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Fill out accurate reports to impact the bottom line.
  • Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders and team members to strengthen
relationships.

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and Proven 4 years of experience as corporate trainer or
similar role.

  • Strong English and Hindi verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales background is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Experience with elearning software is an asset.
  • Good timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Criticalthinker and problemsolver.
  • Comfortable in developing solutions and individual improvements.

Pay:
₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
