    Description

    Join us at Scipex Consultants, a dynamic and rapidly growing consulting firm, as an HR Consultant. In this role, you will support our organization in various HR-related activities, including onboarding, team-building events, policy development, and other HR initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a seamless transition and integration into the organization.
    • Organize and coordinate team-building events and activities.
    • Assist in fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
    • Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR topics as required.
    • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
    • Assist in facilitating performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in HR consulting role.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    This is a consultant role and not a full-time position. The consultant will work on an as-needed basis to support HR initiatives and projects as they arise.
