JOb Purpose:

The incumbent will be responsible for entering the data into the trial database by following the protocol and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Undergo training about the Protocol, Trial Procedures, Good Documentation Practice, and Good Clinical Practice.
Ensure patients' documentation (Source Data) is recorded and filled appropriately by performing Source Data Reviews (SDRs).
Enter data into the Clinical Trial Data Base.
Ensure patient file management and proper placement.
Perform corrections in the Clinical trial data Base (CTDB) where needed.
Ensure data recording, printing, and photocopies.
Assist with additional tasks as agreed upon with study management.
Attend regular meetings with the endTB trial team.
Perform any other task as assigned by the line manager.
