Responsibility:

The key responsibilities involve the following

  • You should be able to Train the team on Embedded C.
  • You should be able to assign tasks and assignments.
  • You should be able to assign and execute the internal POC/projects
  • You should be able to do gap analysis of the team
  • You should be able to do mock interviews and prepare team for customer interviews
  • You should be able to prepare/review training materials & interview questions.
  • You should be able to support as interview panel for hiring.
  • You should be innovative in approach.
  • Good team interaction & class management.

Required Skills:


  • Good handson training experience in Embedded C and executing/assigning projects with 16 bit and 3 bit micro controllers (NXP). and STM3
  • Good programming knowledge using C
  • Good knowledge on Compilers/Linkers.
  • Good understanding on Build process using Make files.
  • Good knowledge on Flashing tools & Simulators
  • Good experience on Hardware debugging with JTAG.
  • Debugging knowledge using Trace32 or any debuggers
  • Should be familiar with Version control tools like GIT and SVN
  • Automotive Knowledge on Engine/Transmission/Machines.

Desired Skills:


  • Good programming using C&C++. (Includes Datastructures/Linked lists)
- executing/assigning projects with 16 bit and 3- bit micro controllers (NXP). and STM3
  • Basic knowledge on Trace32, GIT

Qualifications:


Required:
_B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Sc. in Electronics or Computers_


Experience:
  • 6 years of overall experience in the relevant technology
