Description
We are looking for a Process Trainer to join our team and help our agents become proficient in the domestic process.
The Process Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to ensure that all agents are able to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver process training programs for domestic process in a BPO setting. Develop and manage training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and other instructional materials. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring agent performance on the job. Monitor agents' progress and provide feedback throughout the training period. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the course of the training program. Maintain accurate records of agent performance during the training period. Work with management to identify areas of improvement and implement appropriate changes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred). 1+ years of experience in a BPO setting as a Trainer or similar role.
Salary:
Up to ₹700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
