Responsibilities_

- _Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality_
- _Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines_
- _Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely_
- _Provide insights to help improve the support to the users_
- _Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies_
- _Provide excellent customer service to our customers_

Qualifications we seek in you_
Minimum qualifications_

- _Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)_
- _Freshers are eligible_
- _Fluent in Read/Write in English & Sindhi Language_

- _Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills_
- _Problem solving skills with customer centric approach_
- _Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work)_
