Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events, etc.). Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling and on-brand marketing materials. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
Customer Engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain customers. Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and datadriven mindset.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Salary:
Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
