Responsibilities and duties
- Provide administrative support to team
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copiers fax
- Scanning machines
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
- Maintaining office records both digital as well as physical.
- Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical duties
- Coordinate in consolidating and putting together preprepared documents for Board Meetings or for submissions to other parties.
- Coordinate travel bookings for inhouse team and for Board members as well.
- Overall be responsible for the smooth functioning of the office.
- Vendor management
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain a firm calendar and schedule appointments
- Arrange travel (domestic and international) including accommodation, transport, scheduling meetings across time zones etc.
- Organize and schedule inhouse and external events, make restaurant reservations for client meetings
- Management and coordination of Employee Cabfacility process
- Rolebased responsibilities as required
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must
- Ability to analyse and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fastpaced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Quickthinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills
Salary:
₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
