Our firm is committed to excellence and growth, and we are seeking a highly qualified Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a CA qualification and a proven track record of establishing new firms while effectively managing financial books for organizations.

    Job Summary: As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the financial operations of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your diverse experience in establishing new firms and managing financial records will be invaluable in guiding our financial strategies and maintaining accurate financial records.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for management review.
  • Oversee cash flow management, optimizing working capital and managing liquidity.
  • Firm Establishment:
  • Apply your experience in establishing new firms to contribute to the growth and expansion of our business.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for the financial aspects of new ventures, including budgeting, funding, and financial projections.
  • Book Management:
  • Lead the management of financial books, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Implement effective internal controls to safeguard financial data and assets.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Audit and Compliance:
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor changes in financial regulations and accounting standards, and ensure the company's practices remain in line with these changes.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • 6+ years of proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully establishing new firms or ventures.
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and systems [mention any relevant software].
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
