Creating and implementing strategies for business growth.Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals.
Plan and assign daily workload to sales team.
Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback.
Achieve the unit commercial targets.
Strategy and Business Plan for 20% Annual Growth in Sales.
Relation building with Agent/Informer/Consultant.
Management co-ordination for competitor activity & scope of product improvement.
Exhibition/Fair Management.
Responsible for 100% Customer Satisfaction/Co-ordination with service team.
Remaining all the responsibities comes under this Designation.
Minimum Qualification:
B. Text/B.E. Mechanical + BBA/MBA.
Minimum Years of Experience : 8 Years and above.
Experience in Selling/Promotion of Capital Machinery.
Require Specializations Experience:
Selling/Promotion of Capital Machinery.

₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
