As a UX Designer at Xtreme Productivity, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and functional aspects of our digital solutions.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and project teams to create compelling and user-friendly designs that enhance the user experience for our clients, who are predominantly not-for-profit and charitable organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop UI and graphic design assets for internal stakeholders and client projects.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project teams.
• Provide appropriate graphics content to support digital marketing campaigns (social media, digital advertising, etc.).
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate site functionality and appearance.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness issues).
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
• Protect and maintain the Xtreme Productivity brand.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Developer/Designer or similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is beneficial.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proven ability to adapt personal aesthetic to adhere to client brand guidelines.
• Uptodate knowledge of design software like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good timemanagement skills.
• BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
