    We are seeking a motivated and experienced US Healthcare Recruiters to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier Healthcare professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions within the US market.

    Job Responsibilities:


    Source potential candidates through various channels including but not limited to job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.

    Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.
    Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing necessary information and guidance throughout the process.
    Negotiate offers and terms of employment with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and client requirements.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
    Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to enhance sourcing and screening strategies.
    Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, sourcing metrics, and placement statistics.
    Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.


    Requirements:


    Bachelor's degreeProven experience as a US Healthcare Recruiters, with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in Healthcare RolesIn-depth knowledge of Healthcare , terminologies, and job roles within the US market.

    Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, etc.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
