    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a Marketing Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. Your role involves providing vision, leadership, and creative direction to ensure our organization effectively meets client needs in design, communication, social media management, and digital marketing. You'll devise strategies, monitor progress, and serve as the go-to person for creative plans. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our organization's mission and drive engagement with stakeholders.

    Location: Hybrid (Bangalore)

    Day-to-day roles & responsibilities include:

    1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives, including brand positioning, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    2. Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, social media posts, email newsletters, sales materials, and advertisements, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
    3. Identify and work with specialist agencies, including creative, SEO, and Digital marketing agencies, to meet the organizational objectives.
    4. Monitor expenses, track spending against budget, and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI.
    5. Optimize content for targeted keywords, user engagement, and readability while adhering to SEO guidelines and best practices.
    6. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage customer data, segment audiences, and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
    7. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and customer value, and use insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
    8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide them with the required support.
    9. Generate regular SEO performance reports, analyze trends, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization strategies.
    10. Leading multiple projects and marketing campaigns from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
    11. Utilize excellent analytical skills to analyze the end-to-end customer experience across numerous channels and customer touchpoints.
    12. Measure and analyze campaign performance metrics, report the performance of all marketing campaigns and website analytics, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimization
    13. Ensure that our brand message is strong and consistent across all platforms and marketing initiatives (such as events, email campaigns, websites, and promotional materials)
