To act as the key contact person for School Employees regarding any IT issuesSmartboard Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Desktop & Laptop Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Server, LAN & WAN Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Printing & Imaging Devices Troubleshooting and Maintenance
PM activity of Desktop, Smartboards, Server & Printers
Good understanding of Apple IOS devices like MacBook and Ipads will be added advantage.
IT Asset Maintenance and Inventory management
Break-fix call attending and case evaluations/escalations
Call login with Vendors -follow-up and Management
Investigate and fix users issues
CCTV camera & Bio Metrics device "network" troubleshooting
Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reporting to HO and School
Co-ordination with HO IT Team for L2 & L3 support and reporting
Pay:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
