Description
We are looking for Operations professionals to coordinate and execute the backend loan disbursement process.Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling process from login to disbursement
- Strong followups with customers, Merchant & sales team for execution.
- Reaching existing merchants overcall to get their respective feedback
- Solving Merchant and Customers basic problem
Requirement & Skills
- High levels of selfdrive/motivation
- Minimum education
- Graduation (Any Stream)
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Savvy with technology i.e., mobile and computers. Knowledge of MS office (excel, word) would be a positive
