Your Responsibilities:

IT Service Operator for IT Security topics, handling IT Security tickets at the Service Desk and coordinating incident response with stakeholders like InfoSec and IT Service Owners
Monitoring security vulnerabilities, such as threats and events in the IT network and server systems using Qualys
Review network access policies and firewall rules frequently based on Elektrobit IT policies
Monitoring security alerts triggered by Microsoft 365 Defender and handling incident response as appropriate to the threat level
Carrying out risk analysis and business impact analysis of identified IT Infrastructure security risks
Coordination and preparation of IT controls during InfoSec audits (TISAX, internal) and Quality audits (ISO) along with stakeholders from IT and InfoSec

Your Profile:

University graduate with technical and/or scientific orientation (e.g., Bachelors/Masters in IT Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.)
At least 35 years of professional experience in IT security operations and incident management
Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions and SIEM platforms
Proficiency with the following: Anti-Virus, HIPS, ID/PS, Full Packet Capture, Host-Based Forensics, Network Forensics, and encryption technologies
Handson experience analyzing high volumes of logs, network data, and attack artifacts in support of incident investigations
Working knowledge on IT processes and ITIL framework
Analytical, conceptual, teamoriented, and communicative skills
Knowledge of common IT security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX)
Experience in creating policies, performing risk analyses, concept development
Ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English, both written and verbally
