Job Description

Required Qualification and Experience:

D in one of the management disciplines from a well-recognized and ranked university

At least 15 years of experience academic institutions (business schools) of which min 3 years at the level of professor position.
Prior experience of developing academic programs will be an advantage.
Industry experience of 3 to 5 years will also be an advantage.

Job Description:

Develop process to evolving needs of stakeholders an incorporate in academic programs.
Utilize, improve curriculum evaluation framework to decide courses in a program.
Conduct comprehensive benchmarking to identify best practices in pedagogy design and program delivery.
Ensure uniform implementation of pedagogy and teaching excellence to maximize graduate outcomes.
Develop strong relationship with industry and alumni (with support of respective stakeholders)
Work closely with accreditation team so our programs meet global and local standards.
MIS on student progression, faculty impact and other related areas.

Key Skills

Strong understanding of management education principles, curriculum design, and program evaluation.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decisionmaking.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
