You will be expected to operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, to ensure the highest quality of coffee is brewed.

• Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service.
• Preparing espresso-based drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos, with precision and consistency.
• Crafting specialty coffee beverages according to the cafe's recipes and standards.
• Knowledgeably explaining different coffee blends, brewing methods, and beverage options to customers.
• Handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Keeping the coffee preparation area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assisting with restocking supplies and managing inventory.
• Ensuring that health and safety standards are followed during food and beverage preparation.
• Collaborating with other cafe staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers and colleagues.
