Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and artworks for various projects, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media graphics, web graphics, and print collateral.

Combine artistic and technical skills to create original drawings and digital illustrations that align with project objectives and brand identity.

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and provide creative input throughout the design process.

Translate design briefs and client requirements into captivating visual solutions.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms and channels.

Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow and timely project delivery.

Review and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine designs and achieve the best possible results.

Maintain a well-organized archive of design assets for future reference and use.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and drawing skills.

Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).

Excellent freehand drawing abilities and a keen eye for detail, allowing for the creation of original illustrations and visual concepts.

Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.

Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices.

Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and clients.

Adept at managing time and meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
