Description
(Trainee Supervisor Moulding & Melting)

Ø Preparation & monitoring of crucible lining / patching / sintering related activities

Ø Storage and preparation of charge material as per daily pouring plan

Ø Melting as per daily pouring plan s per described procedure

Ø Calculation of material loss related data

Ø Operate the furnace with optimum of melt rate as per design

Ø Consumption details of raw material & ferro alloy materials

Ø Daily Sand mixing as per described procedure

Ø Daily Core making as per Daily plan for tomorrow mould making as per described procedure

Ø Daily mould making as per pouring plan as per described procedure

Ø Maintain the records for production log (Sand Mixing/ Planning / Core / Mould / Ladle / Pouring)

Ø Maintain the core/mould/ladle inspection records

Ø Maintain rejection (Shift/Stock) details of Core/Moulds

Ø Consumption details of mould related consumables like sand/silicate/CO2 gas

Ø Preparation of core/moulds for pouring related activities

Ø Preparation of ladle

Ø Preparation of lock cores / test bar moulds / pig moulds / pencil cores/ dowel locks


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
