Skills Required:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruiting or sourcing in Domestic Staffing
Exposure in handling mainly technical roles. Additional exposure in managing roles in Sales, Finance, Risk Compliance and HR is a big plus.
Manage applicant tracking systems and other internal tools
Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possesses high level of stakeholder and relationship management skills.
Hands-on experience in sourcing from different social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.

₹650, ₹720,000.00 per year
