**Full Job Description:
- **1.
Walk-in visits: Visit colleges in designated territories and meet medical students.

2.

Marketing:
Share pamphlets and marketing material with students and create awareness about the company and product.

3.

Lead collection:
Collect the contact information of students and event attendees.

4.

Lead management:
Follow Up with collected leads and maintain a lead database.

5.

Lead conversion:
Pitch subscription plans to leads and achieves revenue targets.

6.

Team relationship:
Assist other team members, reporting manager, and company in jointly achieving revenue targets and running awareness campaigns. Achieve monthly revenue goals.

7.

Events:
Attend events and college festivals, managing entire event setup, and logistics.

Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing.
Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationship.
Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.

**Skills:
- **•Comfortable with travel, regularly visiting new locations and meeting new people.

Competitive, confident, self-motivated and driven team player.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Can manage events, conferences, and on-ground activation.
Ability to take ownership; work independently and closely with senior stakeholders.

6. (preferred) multilingual/ can speak multiple languages.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
