Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Strategy: Develop and execute the company's technical vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the overall business goals. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends relevant to our industry.
Product Innovation: Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and development of innovative, scalable, and reliable technology products that address market needs and differentiate us from competitors.
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a highperforming engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Architecture and Development: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure software architectures. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely and quality delivery of features.
Technology Stack: Evaluate, select, and implement the appropriate technology stack, tools, and frameworks to support our product development efforts. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure the reliability and performance of our products. Define and enforce testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Project Management: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product management and design, to plan, prioritize, and execute product development cycles. Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
Research and Development: Stay informed about industry advancements and drive research initiatives to explore and leverage new technologies that could enhance our products and services.
Technical Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, code documentation, and deployment processes.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact product development, security, or scalability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or businessrelated qualification is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role, overseeing the development of complex software products.
Strong expertise in various technologies and frameworks.
Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to balance technical and business considerations.
Track record of successfully managing and leading engineering teams in a startup or fastpaced environment.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
