Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and TikTok.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and content across all social media channels.
  • Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports to measure the success of social media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for B2B or B2C brands.

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
