Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, managing the calendar, and making travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Manage the CEO's office and ensure that it is organized and efficient
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Liaise with government officials and other external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
  • Attend meetings with the CEO and take minutes
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the CEO

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience as a personal secretary or executive assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with government officials is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

₹37, ₹45,000.00 per month
