Personal Secretary to The CEO - Bengaluru, India - Unidadindia

Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, managing the calendar, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Manage the CEO's office and ensure that it is organized and efficient
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Liaise with government officials and other external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Attend meetings with the CEO and take minutes
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the CEO
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 35 years of experience as a personal secretary or executive assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with government officials is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

₹37, ₹45,000.00 per month
