Customer care executive

  • Mumbai**
    Role Description

Responsibilities:


  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills

Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers.
  • Problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft excel, and other relevant tools.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

Pay:
₹20, ₹32,000.00 per month
