Graduate / Under-Graduate
Minimum Relevant Work Experience:12 months and above
Responsibilities:
1) To help Customers with technical and non
- technical queries over phone
Essential Knowledge/Skills required:
- Excellent Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
- Customer focus and problemsolving ability
- Basic Computer Knowledge
