Arista Networks is looking for an Application Architect with expertise in designing and implementing scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

The Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust and scalable software solutions.


Job Description:


Responsibilities

  • Design and document software architectures meeting business needs.
  • Collaborate across teams for seamless system integration.
  • Develop and communicate technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor teams, and ensure coding best practices.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on architectural best practices.
  • Demonstrate leadership, set coding standards, and address technical challenges.
  • Develop technical roadmaps. Contribute to and shape the overall development strategy.
  • Stay vigilant about security considerations and ensure that the architecture addresses potential vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 810 years) as an Application Architect with a focus on Golang, Python, and React.
  • Extensive handson experience in software development using these technologies.
  • Proficiency in full stack development, preferably with experience in Golang, Python and React with a deep understanding of their respective ecosystems.
  • Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Postgres, ElasticSearch, TimeSeries DBs, and Non-Relational DBs such as MongoDB and Cassandra
  • Experience in API design
  • Experience in Application Deployment using Docker, containers, and K8S
  • Experience in cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problemsolving mindset, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
