Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Collect data on competitors, market conditions, and potential sales opportunities.
  • Compile and report gathered data to the sales manager to inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated with product features and benefits, and effectively communicate them to customers.
  • Organize and attend events such as exhibitions and fairs to promote the company's products.

Qualifications:


  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to gather and analyze market and customer information.
  • Selfmotivated, with a resultsdriven approach.
  • High school diploma
