Urvi Shah Design Studio is a boutique studio specializing in graphic design, branding, and packaging solutions. We work with a diverse range of clients, helping them to visually communicate their unique brand identities.

As a client servicing intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our team's success in delivering exceptional design solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing client relationships by acting as a primary point of contact and providing timely responses to client inquiries and requests.
Liaise between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and smooth project workflows.
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Prepare and deliver project updates, progress reports, and presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts and proposals.
Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases and documentation.
Assist in the creation of proposals, contracts, and other clientrelated documents as needed.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with project management principles and tools is a plus.

Duration and Compensation
This role requires a minimum commitment of 3 months, Monday to Friday and is an on-site role.

Salary:
₹5, ₹8,500.00 per month
