Sales Executive (Fresher)
Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and building strong customer relationships? We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team as a fresher.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and prospects. Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and cold calling.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products or services, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Continuously monitor and evaluate your performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Gain a deep understanding of our products or services and stay uptodate with industry trends and market developments to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Skillfully negotiate with clients to secure sales deals and contracts. Work towards closing sales and achieving high conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress towards targets.
- Collaborate with other team members, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance your skills and stay informed about best practices in the industry.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 10th or 12th or Bachelor's degree in Any Field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Positive and goaloriented attitude with a determination.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
While prior experience is not required, a passion for sales and a willingness to learn and grow in a competitive environment are essential.

₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
