Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and building strong customer relationships? We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team as a fresher.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and prospects. Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and cold calling.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products or services, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Continuously monitor and evaluate your performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our products or services and stay uptodate with industry trends and market developments to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  • Skillfully negotiate with clients to secure sales deals and contracts. Work towards closing sales and achieving high conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress towards targets.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance your skills and stay informed about best practices in the industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 10th or 12th or Bachelor's degree in Any Field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Positive and goaloriented attitude with a determination.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.


While prior experience is not required, a passion for sales and a willingness to learn and grow in a competitive environment are essential.

Salary:
₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
