About the role:
Cluster Coordinator whereby managing a cluster with target oriented. Completely accountable for achieving sales target in his cluster.


Responsibility & Accountability:
Coordinating with Tehsil Coordinators for achieving Sales Targets.

Contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings.

Counsel the students on learning pedagogies and the EScholar personalized learning.

Intensely following up with the Prospects and closing the sale within the sales cycle

Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like WhatsApp, SMS, calls.

Achieving the weekly targets in a high-pressure performance driven competitive environment.


Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• Day shift
• Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

• Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
