Operation, Customer Support Executive - Lucknow, India - Learn with Aman & Barkha (L.A.B)
Description
We are currently seeking a highly-motivated The Operations and Customer Support Executive is responsible for the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations while providing excellent customer service.
The executive will manage operational tasks, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure a seamless user experience.This role is crucial in coordinating among various internal teams and serving as the voice of the customer within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of operational plans.
- Assist in creating and implementing operational procedures and policies.
- Manage administrative tasks including maintaining records, managing databases, and preparing reports.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing operational projects.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the Learner's issue, determining the root cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, speeding up correction or adjustment, and ensuring resolution.
Technical Support:
Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues within the platform.
Collaborate with the tech team for resolving complex technical issues.
Update self-help documents so Learners can attempt to resolve problems on their own.
User Feedback:
Collect customer feedback and share it with product, sales, and marketing teams.
Develop Student's satisfaction surveys and analyze the results for continual improvement.
Educational Guidance:
Provide guidance related to SSC and Bank exam preparation, including an understanding of the curriculum, exam pattern, etc.
Assist in developing and updating educational content and resources.
Requirements:
Maintain records of Students interactions, process Students accounts, and keep track of file documents.
Generate reports on Students support activities and areas for potential improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree, and work experience.
knowledge of SSC and Railway. Bank and other Competitive Exams.
Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using Students support software, databases, and tools.
Exceptional understanding of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
Ability to interpret complex information and relay it in a user-friendly manner.
Patience and empathy when handling Students.
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.t job aspirations.
