JD for the position

  • Need to build a team of at least 3 individuals.
  • They should be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat Office.
  • Should be fluent in English and should have completed studies in English medium school and University.
  • Should have university degree.
  • Should be good with money management and budgeting. May be asked to manage CEO's credit card and expenses.
  • Should be competent in MS office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
  • Should be competent in communicating, multitasking, working with others in a team, diplomatic and cando attitude.
  • Should be good at taking notes and meeting minutes as well as tracking and following up on action items.
  • Managing CEO's calendar for meetings, events, and todo list.
  • Provide regularly briefing to CEO.
  • Working within a team environment as well as with other teams.
  • Helping manage CEO's workload and tasks and assisting Leadership team in their tasks to reduce their workload.
  • Will need to be good at planning and organizing event such as CEO events/meetings, industry events/meetings, and other events.
  • Should be willing to travel domestic and internationally to assist CEO and/or Leadership team
  • Some of secretarial experience could also help
  • Should be proactive in nature
