Executive:
Design
i-TIC Foundation is the Technology Business Incubator (TBI) at IIT Hyderabad, with a focus on creating
supportive and nourishing environment for entrepreneurs. i-TIC provides the necessary facilities to these
startup companies, along with guidance and mentoring by the faculty members of IITH and experts from
Nationals for the following post.

Position:
Executive: Design**(Temporary appointment on Contract for a period of 11 months)

Emoluments:
Consolidated Pay of Rs. 40,000/- per month
.

Experience and - Graduate from a recognized university

Qualification:

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite

- (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).

A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and produce visually appealing graphic designs for various digital and print platforms,

- including websites, social media, print collateral, and presentations.

Conceptualize and produce short videos of incubation centres and startups for promotions on social media

- and other platforms.

Execute the endtoend design process, from initial concept to final production, ensuring highquality and

- timely deliverables.

Managing social media calendar to create and post the content on various handles.
Regularly update the organisation's website.
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies when necessary, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines

- in outsourced design and printing projects

Key Skills and Abilities:

Ability to brainstorm and execute visually appealing graphics.
Ability to work on graphics and video tools effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detailoriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
