A) SALES EXECUTIVE (INDOOR):


  • We are looking for Sales Coordinator.
  • Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


  • Regular review of sales and workout strategies on week basis.
  • Coordination with all internal teams and departments for all the planning, execution and processes.
  • Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and field visits.
  • Set up meetings with potential Clients & corporates.
  • Explain our product to the customer clearly.
  • Participate in exhibitions.
  • Gather feedback from customers

B) ONLINE SALES EXECUTIVE:


  • Full Job Description
  • Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
  • Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and ecommerce activities.
  • Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick of delivery service.
  • Execute activities driven by data analytics.
  • Identify strategic business partnerships.
  • Implement new business collaboration plans.
  • Implement preventive and corrective measures of disaster recovery plan.
  • Implement the customer loyalty programmes.
  • Implement the ecommerce activities.
  • Maintain business partnerships.
  • Manage the operations for good service.
  • Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.
  • Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.
  • Operate and maintain existing IT networks based on the standard operation procedures.
  • Prepare insights report on the datamining outcome.
  • Promote good service performance.
  • Provide specialised knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategy.
  • Track and report the business outcome of datadriven insights.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
