Description
Execute a comprehensive CRM Marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and retention.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product, content, art teams to develop compelling and engaging CRM assets, ensuring consistent brand message across all CRM channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results and provide regular reports to the different stakeholders.
  • Implement A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM marketing to ensure we remain at the forefront of customer engagement.
  • Monitor customer interaction and feedback and proactively address their queries and concerns.
