• We are looking for a worldclass Talent Acquisition resource to support our rapid growth. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the talent acquisition process for various openings. This position is based in India and will support SMCI, a Milestone company. The work hours requirement for this role is 8 am to 5 pm Central Standard Time.

• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role, in highly competitive and often passive environments
• Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal partners throughout the recruiting process to fully understand client hiring manager needs and goals and ensure expectations are met.
• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share datacentric updates with internal stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key crossfunctional stakeholders internally (e.g. Talent Acquisition, PX, Compensation, and Sales teams).
• Actively engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies. Demonstrate Data Integrity and experience understanding Data to help influence hiring decisions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of fullcycle recruiting experience within a fastpaced, staffing environment
• 4+ years' experience supporting MSP clients with 1224 hour talent turnaround time
• Proven experience supporting multiple requirements simultaneously
• Experience using Bullhorn ATS strongly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Team, Outlook)
• Growth mindset with a desire to contribute in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment and ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
• Proactive, datadriven approach to problemsolving with the ability to gather, analyze, and present data to key stakeholders in an engaging and meaningful way
• Proficiency in social networking, internet tools such as LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and Boolean Search Strings
• Ability to set appropriate expectations and communicate effectively with stakeholders, managers, and other recruiters
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a successful track record against quotas, deadlines, and recruiting goals
• Selfstarter with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities
• High degree of adaptability with a high level of comfort in rapidly changing and evolving environments
• An innovative problemsolver who can 'think outsideofthebox'
