we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our reputable insurance broking firm.

As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating various operational activities within the company.

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication with both clients and insurers, and optimizing operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:

1)

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for their insurance needs. Understand their requirements, provide timely assistance, and offer appropriate insurance solutions.

2)

Communication with Insurers:
Effectively communicate with insurance providers, negotiating terms, policies, and coverage options. Collaborate with insurers to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance policies, claims, and endorsements.

3)

Operational Coordination:

Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities of the firm, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

4)

Policy Administration:
Handle policy administration tasks, including policy issuance, renewal, and endorsement processes. Ensure accurate data entry, policy documentation, and record keeping. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any policy-related issues or discrepancies.


Salary:
₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
