Secondary Coordinator ( 9-10th grade) For CBSE Schools in Whitefield, Bangalore to join immediately.

Skills & Qualification

A Master's degree in any discipline from a recognized university
A B.Ed degree from a recognized university
Extensive teaching and administration experience.
Must have minimum 35 years of experience as Secondary Coordinator in CBSE Schools
Proficiency in the usage of relevant IT tools/platforms
Argus, Web genie, ZOHO, Scholar
Excellent English written and verbal communication
Locals preferred
Females preferred

Roles& Responsibilities:

Ensuring timely delivery of curriculum with adherence to best quality standards for allotted grades.
Structuring a proper balance of academic and nonacademic activities for the students
Conducting, managing, supervising various events like parent orientation, PTM, sports day, coffee meets, student events & competitions.
Updating student and school records, analyzing Argus usage and student performance data, ensuring remedial teaching and addressing academic concerns raised by students, staff, and parents of the section
Assisting in the process of recruitment, training, and onboarding of all new staff and ensuring professional development and training of all teachers of the section
Observing lessons of teachers at least twice in a year, maintaining records and arranging for training programs as required
Providing regular feedback to the teaching staff regarding correction and curriculumrelated issues.
Developing and mentoring the teachers / Lead Teachers through the feedback mechanism and ensuring their retention and engagement
