Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and identify potential clients on Upwork platform for lead generation.
- Utilize Upwork's search and filtering capabilities to find relevant projects and clients matching our service offerings.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in a service-based e-commerce industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in lead generation from Upwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, services, and trends is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales, with a focus on lead generation from Upwork.
