Job Role:


  • Work collaboratively with preprimary classes Nursery, Jr. Kindergarten & Sr. Kindergarten to improve student learning through improving teacher learning and practices.
  • Lead the Preprimary team in planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring, documenting, measuring and recording learning within the framework of the curriculum
  • Provide pedagogical leadership, and facilitate the academic curriculum along with extracurricular activities and other events in the school.
  • Support and mentor the teachers by providing feedback time to time.
  • Keep up to date with best practices in the Early Years Education by attending relevant training, reading appropriate literature and research, and networking with other coordinators.

Qualifications & skills qualifications:


  • B.Ed. /E.C.C.E relevant qualification in the field of education
  • Professional certification specific to Early Years teaching and learning
- well versed with different student centric pedagogical approaches for pre-primary.


Work Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years of early years teaching experience as a preprimary coordinator

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
