About The Role

  • Find out and connect with experts from the internet and different social media platforms.
  • Engaging with them and talking to them about our company and what we do.
  • Bring the expert under confidence and convince them to join our team so that we can use the expert's valuable industry experience and feedback for our consultations whenever required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to onboard professionals to the network and communicate effectively throughout the process of onboarding
  • Should be creative with different channels of recruitment
  • Be good at the articulation of the problem statement to comprehend and provide relevant information to professionals for easy onboarding
  • Maintain track of the reachouts and onboardings.

Skills and Requirements:


  • Ability to work with MS Excel tools.
  • Strong communication and internet search skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Working knowledge of search engines, internet search and social media search techniques.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
  • Should have a gogetter attitude, loves to take initiatives.
  • Graduate with an acumen for research methodologies.
  • 6 months 1 year of experience in similar roles.
