Functional consultant having 7-9 years of strong experience on SAP CRM and ECC related Sales and Marketing processes. Experience of CRM Campaign Management, Target groups and Integration with ECC.

Integration experience on the Controlling function with Campaign Management Experience of handling Product Master, Business Partner Master including extensions using Marketing attributes, middleware integration with ECC Experience of handling or Integrating SAP CRM Master data using SAP MDG or a third party data governance System Experience of Business Partner duplicate check using Business Address Services Experience of Lead Management, Quote Management using standard as well as configured products.

Strong experience of basic setup of CRM Quotes, Customization, Integration with third part configurator and key integration with order management.

Have worked on workflow approvals on CRM Quote Management Extensively worked on CRM Webui, Business Roles, Base customization, Action profiles, Number ranges, Workflow outputs etcHave technical exposure to customizing features like User exits, badi etc Understands CRM and ECC pricing configuration and process Worked on CRM-ECC middleware Issues Exposure to SAP Vistex will be a advantage
