About the Role

We are looking for an experienced PR Manager to lead public relations strategies, manage media relationships, and strengthen brand reputation. The candidate will oversee PR campaigns, manage communications during critical situations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

1. Media Relations & Networking

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead media outreach efforts and secure high-impact coverage for the brand.
• Oversee media interviews and brand spokesperson opportunities.

2. PR Strategy & Campaign Management

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage PR campaigns to improve brand visibility and credibility.
• Identify new opportunities for brand storytelling and media engagement.

3. Content & Communication Leadership

• Oversee the creation of press releases, speeches, media kits, and leadership communication.
• Ensure all external communications reflect the brand voice and positioning.

4. Event & Media Engagement

• Lead the planning and execution of press conferences, product launches, and media events.
• Manage event communication strategies and media participation.

5. Monitoring, Analytics & Reporting

• Track media coverage, PR performance, and public sentiment.
• Provide strategic insights and reports on campaign effectiveness and brand perception.

6. Crisis & Reputation Management

• Develop crisis communication frameworks and response strategies.
• Manage sensitive public issues and guide leadership on communication approaches.

7. Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with marketing, digital, and leadership teams to align messaging across all channels.
• Guide and mentor junior PR team members and external agencies.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a PR Manager or Senior PR Executive in an agency or in-house role.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of media relations, digital PR, and social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and teams under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience in media pitching and securing high-value coverage.
• Solid understanding of brand management and corporate communication.
• Experience handling high-profile media interactions and press interviews.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR monitoring tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
